When you go to Axis, click on the Login button, and then enter your email address, you may received an error message saying that you don’t have an Axis account. 


This happens when the email address you entered doesn’t match any email address in our database. 


Please check that you have entered the correct email address. Is it spelt correctly? Is the domain at the end of the address right (e.g., .com or .co.uk). 


Did you originally create an account using a personal address, or perhaps a school one? Check that you are entering the appropriate address.


If you are still unable to gain access to Axis, and you are sure you have an account, please contact your local Maths Hub who will be able to look into this further for you.
