From August 2023, all existing Axis account need to be upgraded. To complete the process, follow these steps:

  1. Go to axis.ncetm.org.uk
  2. Click on ‘Login’ on the top right hands side of the page
  3. Enter the email address you originally created your account with and click ‘Continue'
  4. Then, enter your email address again and click on ’Send verification code’ (If you don’t receive this, check our 'I’ve not received a verification email’ article)
  5. Check your email account for an email from NCETM <admin@tribaleducationservices.com> with the subject ‘Axis Email Verification Code’ and get the six-digit code
  6. Enter the code into the ‘Verification code’ field and click ‘Verify code'
  7. You will see a ’The code has been verified. You can now continue.’ 
  8. Enter a new password, confirm it, and click ‘Login'
