If you are setting your account in Axis and have triggered a verification email that hasn’t arrived, or if the verification email hasn’t arrived when trying to reset your password, please go through the following steps:


  1. Look for an email from 'NCETM <admin@tribaleducationservices.com>' with the subject ‘Axis Email Verification Code’
  2. Allow 30 minutes for the email to come through
  3. Check your spam/junk folder
  4. If you still haven’t received the email, click on ’Send new code'
  5. Double-check that you have used the correct email address
  6. If using a school email address, contact your IT administrator, including the information in step 1, and let them know you are expecting an email.
  7. Having tried all these options, it you are still unable to verify your account, please contact our support team.
