If you are setting your account in Axis and have triggered a verification email that hasn’t arrived, or if the verification email hasn’t arrived when trying to reset your password, please go through the following steps:
- Look for an email from 'NCETM <admin@tribaleducationservices.com>' with the subject ‘Axis Email Verification Code’
- Allow 30 minutes for the email to come through
- Check your spam/junk folder
- If you still haven’t received the email, click on ’Send new code'
- Double-check that you have used the correct email address
- If using a school email address, contact your IT administrator, including the information in step 1, and let them know you are expecting an email.
- Having tried all these options, it you are still unable to verify your account, please contact our support team.
