From the community’s homepage select View Documents:
To create a new folder click the new folder icon:
Name the folder, also adding a description (this may be useful later on) and click add folder. NB: the filing system doesn’t work on a ‘drag and drop’ basis, so you mayneed to consider any future needs of your file structure.
To add documents to the folder, click the folder title and click the add document icon:
Select Choose file and navigate to the document you want to upload:
Again, if you upload a document, please ensure that it is either copyright-free, or that you have the owner’s explicit permission to use it.
Click the document, select Upload, and your document will now appear in the folder.
